About Rhett Wadsworth

An executive for the structured settlement purchasing company Structured Asset Funding, Rhett Wadsworth received a bachelor of business administration in risk management, insurance, finance, and economics from Florida State University. During undergraduate school, he worked as a legislative aide for Florida senator Nan Rich and the Florida House of Representatives. He began his tenure with Structured Asset Funding in 2008 as an account executive and conducted pricing negotiations with prospective sellers and brokers of structured settlements. Within three years, Rhett Wadsworth assumed the role of sales manager, in which position he recruited and trained employees and established quantifiable goals for an inside sales team of roughly 15 representatives.

Since 2013, Rhett Wadsworth has served as a director of sales at Structured Asset Funding’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office. He administers the entire sales department and coordinates collaboration with other departments necessary to close transactions. In charge of the sales team’s performance, Mr. Wadsworth tracks leads, sets monthly quotas, designs training programs, and mentors members of the staff. He also directs efforts to expand client prospects and played a key role in doubling the company’s sales pipeline from 2013 to 2014.

Among his extraprofessional pursuits, Rhett Wadsworth enjoys water-based activities, including boating, fishing, and diving. A former high school tennis player, he continues to participate in recreational matches, as well as charitable events, such as the Special Olympics Aim Higher Tennis Pro-Am.
